A birthday party at the pool is always a blast during the hot season in Tucson. You pretty much don't have to do anything except provide a pool, some light snacks and drinks, and a cake. You can try to organize a few water games or even better - put some water toys in the pool and that will do. Please remember about pool safety, consider hiring a lifeguard or ask one of the adults to watch after kids
